While in New Hampshire, I took the time to drive about 30 minutes south to a restaurant that a co-worker who lives in the area had recommended:

While this Boston Waterfront restaurant is associated with Legal Seafood – you will be disappointed if you go there expecting a menu that even closely resembles that of its more famous cousin. While you won’t find a two pound steamed lobster on the menu, you will find fusion of seafood with non-traditional dishes to include a Lobster Wok and several seafood pasta dishes. Although we found it difficult to find an entrée that we “just had to have”, we settled for the Lobster Work.
While the portion was ample and the noodles, lobster and vegetables were a surprisingly good blend – the price was more than what I would have paid had I not been eating on an expense account.
Bottom line: If you’re visiting from another area, I’d skip LTK. If you’re a local, it’s probably at least worth a visit
